The Role

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative to join our Milton, WA office. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, efficiency, and a smile.

Your Responsibilities

  • Handle Inbound Communications – Answer calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries, scheduling services, and resolving issues.
  • Deliver Outstanding Customer Service – Consult with customers to help them get the most from our services.
  • Be a Product Expert – Maintain a strong understanding of our offerings to provide accurate and strategic guidance.
  • Maintain Customer Records – Track interactions in our CRM system for seamless collaboration and relationship management.

What We’re Looking For

✔️ 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
✔️ Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
✔️ Dependability – Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM schedule
✔️ Problem-solving skills – Ability to handle customer concerns with a positive attitude
✔️ Strong time management – Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
✔️ CRM experience preferred
✔️ Ability to pass a background check & drug screening
