The Service Manager will be responsible for scheduling technicians to customer calls accordingly. They will ensure new hires are trained to the Kanon standard as well as continue looking for training opportunities with current technicians.

What You Will Do
· Lead and support employees
· Ensure that the right technicians are being dispatched to calls
· Ensure work permits are pulled and customers are aware of any inspections
· Train employees to meet the Kanon standard
· Ensure that technicians are working safely
· Assist with payroll for your crew
What We Want From You
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Previous experience working as a Supervisor, Lead or Manager
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Great communication skills
· Professional, detail-oriented and enjoys training
· Willingness to learn
